Hvem er vi?
Josefine Coward har jobbet i servering og uteliv hele sitt voksne liv, og har alltid hatt en stor interesse for vin. Etter en pit stop som grunnskolelærer i noen år, kalte vinen henne tilbake, og hun har nå fullført WSET 2 og 3 i vin, vinkelnerutdanning og holder på med fordypningsstudiet WSET Diploma. Josefine jobber i dag i en av Oslos beste vinbarer.
Who we are?
Josefine Coward has worked in catering and nightlife all her adult life, and has always had a great interest in wine. After a pit stop as a primary school teacher for a few years, the wine called her back to the barlife, and she has now completed WSET 2 and 3 in wine, sommelier training and is doing the advanced study WSET Diploma. Josefine currently works in one of Oslo's best wine bars.
